Consultations, whether in-store or virtual, are scheduled for one hour each. We reserve 75 minutes in our consultants’ schedules to accommodate any additional discussion or questions you may have. Many clients find our lunch break virtual appointments convenient, and we are flexible to adjust the duration to fit your schedule. If you require a shorter appointment to suit a busy schedule, we can tailor the consultation accordingly. We also offer follow-up calls or further consultations if more time is needed.
What should I do to get ready for my virtual consultation??
No, you don’t need to prepare anything special. We’ll ensure you have all the necessary information during your consultation. Beforehand, you’ll receive a Zoom invitation typically a day before your appointment. This invitation will include instructions on downloading and using Zoom, along with an introduction to your dedicated consultant who will guide you through selecting the perfect center diamond or gemstone and ring design.
Am I able to buy a ring during my virtual consultation?
Yes, you have the option to place a deposit to initiate the crafting process immediately, or we can schedule additional consultations if you require more time to finalize your decision. Payments can be made remotely, with the choice of a 25% or 50% deposit, depending on your preference for payment scheduling. Additionally, you can start by discussing your ring through a virtual consultation and later book an appointment at our showroom to view your choices in person before making a purchase.
What's the typical timeframe for crafting an engagement ring?
Our standard production timeline for crafting each ring is approximately 4 to 5 weeks, beginning from the order confirmation and design finalization. For bespoke designs that require CAD imaging approval, the lead time starts upon your confirmation.
