If you have any concerns regarding your jewelry, we recommend bringing the piece to our store or returning it to us via mail for inspection by our production team. To arrange an appointment, please email us at test@gmail.com or call us at 1234567890. If our team determines that your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it accordingly.
For damages not attributed to manufacturing faults, we will provide guidance on our repair services.
When purchasing diamond or gemstone jewelry, please note that natural (and lab-grown) stones may contain inclusions, variations in color, size, shape, and other unique characteristics. During your consultation, our gemologists will discuss these details in depth and typically bring them to your attention. We pride ourselves on transparency, ensuring our trained gemologists inform you about the specific characteristics and quality of the diamond as stated in its GIA or IGI certificate. These attributes do not qualify as defects.
As creators of handmade jewelry, each piece may exhibit slight inconsistencies and variations compared to others. Such variations in craftsmanship are not considered defects.
Normal daily wear and physical impact can cause jewelry to show signs of wear. We do not offer warranties for repairing, replacing, or refunding items due to normal wear or stone loss. If your stone feels loose, please bring your jewelry to us for inspection.
Our warranty excludes coverage for theft or loss. We strongly recommend choosing an appropriate insurance plan to safeguard your item. Refer to our insurance advice for further guidance.
Terms of the Warranty
In addition to the above conditions, please consider the following:
The Manufacturer’s Warranty applies only to the original owner of the item and specifically covers items crafted by us.
Any modifications performed by jewelers other than those at our facility will nullify the warranty.
It’s recommended to have your jewelry serviced by us at least once annually. Regular inspections can help prevent potential issues.
Following any significant impact or damage to your jewelry, we advise scheduling an inspection promptly. Note that repairs necessitated by such incidents may not be covered by the warranty, but we will offer guidance on the appropriate course of action.
Our aftercare includes complimentary deep cleaning and thorough inspection services for your item. We suggest availing this service annually to maintain its condition.
Defects arising during your ownership, such as discoloration due to chemical exposure, bent or snagged claws, or lost stones from loosened prongs, are not covered. Familiarize yourself with proper jewelry care practices, or contact us at test@gmail.com for expert advice.
If a consultant, designer, or other representative determines that your proposed design lacks structural integrity, we will inform you before production begins. We may suggest modifications to enhance the item’s safety and durability. Opting to proceed with the original design against our advice will void the Manufacturer’s Warranty. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, please consider that proceeding with a design deemed unsound may impact its performance.
Free Diamond Ring Cleaning and Inspection
We advise scheduling an annual cleaning and inspection for your ring, especially after any potential impacts or knocks. Regular inspections can help prevent stone loss and prolong the lifespan of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is provided free of charge to all UK-based customers who purchased their jewelry from us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including adequate insurance to cover the full value during transit; we covers the return shipping. Ring mounting repairs can also be conducted during this service. Alternatively, you can bring your jewelry to our store—please email test@gmail.com to arrange a convenient appointment.
Insurance
It’s highly advisable to insure your jewelry alongside our warranty. While several insurers offer adequate coverage, we suggest considering TH March. To initiate insurance with TH March, contact them at 1234567890 or visit www.abc.in. Provide our jewelry reference number AL760T. Alternatively, you can include your jewelry under your home contents insurance policy. Ensure your insurance coverage matches the item’s value and specifics.
