How are packages sent within the USA?
For deliveries within the USA, we use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, ensuring next-day arrival. Upon request, options like Next Day Before 9 AM and Saturday Guaranteed services may be available for your order—please contact us for details.
In London, deliveries may be facilitated through Royal Mail’s Special Delivery (Next Day) or Addison Lee courier service.
Your signature will be required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the package or specify an alternative arrangement. We’ll contact you on the day of shipment to confirm your availability, typically for delivery the following day.
Delivery within the USA is complimentary and insured by us until the moment you receive the item.
How do you manage international deliveries?
For international shipments, we use the services of Malca Amit for secure courier delivery. Shipping costs can vary based on your location; please contact us to obtain an estimate for your international shipping charges. Additionally, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply.
Currently, international deliveries are only available to business addresses. You may opt to have your item shipped to your workplace for convenience.
Is insurance included with my shipment?
Yes, our insurance policy provides coverage for your package until the time of delivery. Please be aware that items above a certain value may not be eligible for shipment.
Can I trust that my item will arrive safely?
Yes, in addition to ensuring your item’s insurance coverage during delivery, we prioritize secure packaging for every ring and piece of jewelry. Each item is carefully wrapped and secured in a snug, resealable bag, which is then placed inside its respective ring or jewelry box and further cushioned with bubble wrap.
Our branded box, characterized by its elegant simplicity and luxury style, contains your item along with any necessary documentation such as a GIA or IGI certificate. This package is again wrapped in bubble wrap and placed securely into a delivery bag.
Packages are clearly marked with “fragile” and “do not leave on doorstep or with a neighbor” instructions. There are no indications of the contents’ value or nature for added security. The return address is provided for insurance purposes, so if your delivery is intended as a surprise for someone else, please handle it discreetly on your end!
How confidential is the packaging of my order?
We prioritize discreet packaging to avoid drawing attention or spoiling surprises! Our packaging does not display any branding, logos, or details regarding the contents’ value or nature.
We typically provide a narrow delivery window. If your package contains a surprise for someone else, consider being available to accept the delivery at the door.
Thanks to our careful padding and packaging, the shape and size of your delivery won’t resemble typical jewelry or ring packaging. For added discretion, some customers opt to have their item delivered to their workplace. Just let us know if you prefer this option when making your final payment.
