Cancellation & Returns Policy

we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry created by our skilled designers, gemologists, and master jewelers. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our detailed returns policy:

  1. Return Period: Products must be returned within 40 days of purchase.

  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition.

  3. Hygiene Restrictions: For hygiene reasons, earrings (and other pierced jewelry) cannot be returned.

  4. Packaging: Your item must be returned with its original ring box and all accompanying paperwork, including any GIA or IGI certificates or gemstone grading reports.

  5. Gemstone Integrity: Jewelry must not be missing any original diamonds or gemstones.

  6. Alterations: Jewelry must not have been altered by any jeweler or individual other than .

  7. Bespoke Items: Bespoke commissions, personalized items, or engraved items are generally non-returnable unless faulty or otherwise agreed in writing.

  8. High-Value Orders: Orders where the diamond’s value exceeds £25,000 (excluding VAT) are non-returnable unless faulty or agreed otherwise in writing.

  9. Refund Process: If your return meets these criteria, a refund will be processed within 28 days.

  10. Lost Certificates: If your GIA certificate is lost, please notify your  contact before returning. There may be a £350 fee per certificate to cover replacement costs.

  11. Faulty Items: In the rare event of a damaged or faulty item upon arrival (not caused by the customer), we offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.

  12. Non-Returnable Items: Replaced or repaired items, as well as items that have undergone diamond resetting or exchange for a replacement, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Bespoke Purchases: Bespoke, personalized, or engraved items can only be exchanged within 40 days if unworn and not engraved. Restocking charges may apply  discretion. Cancelling a bespoke order during production may incur costs if production has commenced.

Selling Your Jewelry: we does not purchase second-hand jewelry. Items sold from our store or website are eligible for return or exchange under our policy. For selling inquiries, we recommend contacting a reputable second-hand jeweler.
